1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods listed on our website.
  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent with all relevant booking details.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time.
  • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and may vary depending on the payment method used.

3. Changes to Itinerary
  • Top Nusa Penida Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide alternatives that maintain the quality and experience of the tour.

4. Harbour Transfer Services
  • Our Harbour Transfer Service only includes transportation to sanur harbour and from the specified pick-up and drop-off points. Any additional stops or requests beyond the agreed itinerary will incur additional charges.
  • Guests are responsible for being on time for the transfers. Delays caused by the guest may result in missed transport, for which Top Nusa Penida Tour is not liable.

5. Fast Boat Ticket Purchases
  • Fast boat tickets purchased through Top Nusa Penida Tour are subject to the terms and conditions of the boat operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules made by these operators.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the date of booking unless otherwise specified.

6. Liability and Insurance
  • Top Nusa Penida Tour has full insurance for guests who use our tour services. The insurance covers life and accident insurance. With this insurance, guests can holiday in Nusa Penida safely and comfortably.
  • We take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, but we cannot be held responsible for events such as lost items, missed boats and other incidents due to the negligence of the guests themselves.

7. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Top Nusa Penida Tour is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, tour guides, and the environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

8. Modification of Terms
  • Top Nusa Penida Tour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
